Swine Flu (H1N1) contegeous timeline?

My explanation (my question is at the bottom): I have a question concerning the time period that people are contegeious-
I am especially concerned (not that it should make a difference) because I am in my 3rd (but my 1st successful) pregnancy.
My friend’s parent’s are coming in from Mexico City to stay with her this weekend. I decided to avoid my friend for about a week.
Should I also avoid the other people she hangs out with?
***Here’s my question:
Could person A not only be contageous with NO symptoms but already infect person B to the point they are also contegious with no symptoms.***

Im not too sure about having no symptoms but I think its possible to have it without actually realising. One of my neighbours has caught it from his dad who works off-shore in mexico he was home from 1st april-26th and just thought he had a slight cold ( this was obviously before swine flu hysteria kicked in ) nothing to worry about really it passed just like any cold and he travelled back to mexico feeling fine. His son is now in hospital though with swine flu over a month after his dad came home. This made me a little concerned too as it has taken so long for symptoms to show and most of my neighbours will all have been in contact with each other between the start of april and now however we are all fine so far so I think its possibly blown out of proportion just a tad x
