Updated WHO confirms H1N1 cases from 25,288 as of 8 June 2009.

On Monday, World Health released the update for the case had the H1N1 virus.

The World Health Organization, published Monday, June 8th, 2009, updating the account if the H1N1 flu. To date, 25,288 cases of H1N1 have been confirmed through 73 countries, with 139 deaths.

The country with the largest number of deaths is still Mexico, with 5717 confirmed cases, with 106 victims.

The United States has 13,217 confirmed cases of influenza, with 27 deaths confirmed with the virus.

Canada currently 2115 cases with 3 deaths.

Costa Rica now confirmed 68 cases confirmed, but the death toll remains at one.

Chile has reported 411 cases with one death.

Dominican Republic has confirmed death recently by the new strain and has 44 confirmed cases.

Other countries have not reported any deaths from the virus yet.

Australia has with 1,000 confirmed cases of H1N1 influenza
