flu nausea dizziness

flu nausea dizziness

I recently saw a patient who has just returned from a fishing trip with a group of friends in the Florida Keys. The weather was perfect and the fish are biting, but after his first morning at sea, my client has refused to return the boat. What could ruin this great holiday? The answer is the disease, a condition that nearly half of all adults have been victimized.

Sailing is a source of evil in transport, but many people also feel on airplanes, in cars, and even rides amusement park. If you have ever had severe disease as my patient transport, you know, nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and headaches can be very uncomfortable.

My patients prefer natural treatments, so they refused to take prescription medications and anti-motion sickness that is known to cause effects side as extreme fatigue. He knew nothing about natural remedies to treat and prevent evil. I want to talk about certain measures such actions today, so do not end offside on your next vacation.

Perception and reality

Motion sickness starts in the inner ear, part of the body that contributes to balance. If you're in a car, plane or boat, not actively create the movement. However, your inner ear detects motion, even if your brain thinks your body is at rest. This confusion causes an overproduction of hormones that can cause symptoms like nausea, dizziness and fatigue associated disease.

Everyone has the potential to experience dizziness, if conditions are extreme, like a small boat pitches and rolls in rough seas. In most cases, the symptoms disappear when you are out of the car, plane or boat.

Since you and I can not ask the captain of a ship or aircraft to stop because we do not feel so well, I've studied the most effective strategies for coping with motion sickness during strikes. I also found a natural remedy that prevents this condition before it starts is uncomfortable.

Bodies in motion

I have seen some of these natural solutions to treat the work on motion sickness good for my patients. Even the gentleman just mentioned is planning fishing year. If you have this medical condition, you can try it for yourself:

1) Ginger – This root, most often used as a spice in cooking and in Asia, is the closest thing I know for a magic formula for seasickness. Take 500 mg 30 minutes before taking a car, plane or boat to avoid the onset of motion sickness. Take an additional amount of 500 mg every 2 to 4 hours, while vulnerable to the symptoms.

2) Adjust their position – in big ships and aircraft, vehicle movement records center under the front or rear. In the car, sitting in front if the transfer opinion, tell your brain you are moving.

3) Dates force – This particularly applies to sailboats and other vessels Tues small. Help with handling the boat as the people who keep me busy are less likely to experience symptoms.

4) Exercise your mind – Reading in the car can cause nausea, but other things that engage your mind, like patches of dishes from different countries, puns, or even having an animated conversation can reduce the severity of their symptoms.

5) Stay calm – Many people experience stress and other symptoms of motion sickness, which makes it feel worse. If this happens, try relaxation techniques such as visualization or laying continues and tighten and relaxing your muscles one by one.

6) Use Bracelet – Bracelets Special disease control by applying pressure on points specific body (known as acupuncture points) and block messages from nausea and dizziness to the brain.

The next time you are worried a boat, car or plane travel, remember these natural remedies. No need to suffer the side effects of drugs when you have these strategies at your fingertips. If fishing, travel or luxury cruise ships can go out and enjoy life without fear of disease!
